CTRL UNDERGROUND

1. As a 2017 CTRL Underground member, each month of 2017 we will ship you one package with a different selection of items that may consist of a selection from t-shirts, hats, keychains, other apparel items, hygiene products, products from other companies. Some items will be limited edition and exclusive to members. Estimated monthly average box value is minimum $30 of merchandise. Shipping and handling fees of monthly box are included with your initial purchase. 
2. You will receive a unique free shipping discount code valid for a term of 1 year during the year 2017.
3. You will receive first access to all CTRL Industries gi releases in 2017. You will receive early access to gis via our website 30 minutes prior to general public release. 
4. First access will apply in every instance to ultra-limited retro items(past gis and remakes of other items that were released from CTRL Industries.

Terms and Conditions

1. Your annual membership for CTRL UNDERGROUND will start when we confirm your payment and will continue for calendar year of 2017.
2. You may select size one time at the beginning of placing membership order. This will be your default size during entire year term.
3. You may only use one address for any orders utilizing membership benefits(early access, free shipping code)during term of membership. If you relocate residence, you will need to notify us of change of address. This will be same address where you will receive monthly box. 
4. Free shipping code is only available to use for shipments shipped within domestic U.S., and U.S. territories.
5. If your unique free shipping code is used by anyone else besides yourself, that order will be cancelled immediately. 
6. Any order placed using free shipping code attempting to send outside of U.S. & U.S. Territories will be cancelled. 
7. Any order placed attempting to send to address other than what’s listed on membership will be cancelled unless previously notified of change-of-address. 
8. There are no returns or refunds on membership, all sales are final. 
9.  Membership is non-transferable to other parties. 
10. If a product is defective, you may return it within thirty (30) days of receipt and we will send you a new item of equal value. Depending on availability, we will try to send exact replacement.
11. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items that are lost in mail or at any point during transit, and after delivered to address.
12. You will keep private any unique free shipping discount code you receive, 
13. You will keep private website access code during early access times. (early access is done so through a website password.)
14. By paying and registering for 'CTRL Underground' membership, you agree to all rules outlined within this agreement. 
15. Terms and Conditions subject to change with prior notice during term of membership. 
16. We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates terms of this agreement.  
17. We reserve the right to cancel membership at any time.
