What is your return policy?
We accept merchandise for store credit within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must have original tags attached, be unused and unworn. Once we receive product back, we will issue store credit. To start a return, click HERE.
Pre-Order items are subject to a 20% restock fee because they are special order.
*International returns: You'll need to arrange your own return shipping. Once we've received your product back, we will inspect return and issue store credit. Please be aware of taxes or duties.
How long does it take for orders to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 4-10 business days. International orders can take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. Please allow up to 4 business days to process and ship out. Pre-order items can take up to 6-8 weeks to ship. This may vary based on product availability, or where otherwise stated on product page.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
If you made a mistake please email us immediately at Blayne@ctrlindustries.com. If your order has not been processed yet, we will try our best to accommodate change. No changes can be made after an order has already been processed. We cannot be responsible for issues caused by incorrect information.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS. International orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on country.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your location/country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.
*Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, we are not responsible for these fees. We provide a shipping number to prove that we've sent your product, but once it leaves the US we will not be held responsible for lost items. For the most part, our shipping method is known to be very reliable.
What if my item has a manufacturing defect?
Items with manufacturing defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for a replacement. Please send an email to blayne@ctrlindustries.com and include your order number and a picture of the defect. Please note: to be eligible for a return item must be unused in its original packaging.
Can I purchase wholesale for my academy?
We offer wholesale pricing and even custom gis for your academies. (Minimum order of 50) Please reach out to Blayne@ctrlindustries.com to get more info.
